Housing Lottery launched for 89 units at 266 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

The Affordable Housing Lottery was launched for One South First, aka Ten Grand Street, a 45-story mixed-use residential building at 266 Kent Avenue on the waterfront in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by COOKFOX Architects and developed by Two Trees Management, the structure has more than 300 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect, 89 units for residents are between 80 and 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), with eligible income ranging from $55,646 to $167,570.

Amenities include pet-friendly policies, bike lockers, gym, residential lounge, children’s playroom, doorman, pool, and outdoor patio. Units are equipped with washer and dryer, floor-to-ceiling windows, track lighting, and solar/blackout shades. Rent includes cooking gas and hot water, and tenants are responsible for electricity, including heating.
