Storm Franklin hits Kent days after Storm Eunice caused chaos

Work is continuing in an attempt to restore power to thousands of Kent homes and businesses after Storm Eunice.

UK Power Networks crews traveled across the county after high winds knocked down power cables on Friday and fallen trees also damaged lines.

A yellow weather warning for Storm Franklin has now been lifted, but we are told it will take some time for all the damage to be repaired.
